DescriptionWilliam Henry Fellowes of Ramsey Abbey, Esq., brother of the groom, and Richard Benyon of Englefield House, Berks., Esq., brother of the bride, agree to stand possesed of the sums of £15,037:0sh:8d and £22,000 £3 per cent reduced Bank Annuities upon certain trusts, including the trust to pay £200 p.a. to Hannah Elizabeth whilst her husband lives, and after his death, to pay her £1,000 p.a. Endorsed: Release 12th July 1853 Edward Fellowes, Richard Fellowes now of 15 Lower Berkeley Street, and James Fellowes of Gloucester Palace, release Richard Benyon, now called Richard Benyon de Beauvior, his heirs and estates, and the estates and effects of the late William Henry Fellowes, from the two sums in the Marriage Settlement, the trusts and all claims etc.
