Description | Reciting that Sir William Molesworth gave the guardianship of all his children, during their minorities, to his wife, Dame Caroline Treby Molesworth, Lieut. Gen. Felix Buckley and William Henry Fellowes Esq., and that, as a result of this, they took the rents of the house and the lands in Devon and Cornwall (which were devised to Sir William and his heirs male by the will of John Arscott of Tetcott, Devon, Esq.) for the maintenance of Sir William's eldest son and future benefit. Now Sir Arscott Ourry Molesworth of Pencarrow, the eldest son, releases Dame Caroline, Buckley and Fellowes, their heirs and estates from all claims etc., relative to their guardianship of himself. and the Arscott property. |
