DescriptionReciting that Sir William Molesworth appointed Buckley and Fellowes the trustees and executors of his will, and that among the trusts was one to sell certain of his lands in Devon and Cornwall and to apply the money so raised, together with the money from his personal estate, towards the discharge of his debts and legacies and the portions for his younger children. (Any money over was to be laid out in the purchase of lands in Devon and Corwall to be settled to the uses set out in the will) Now Sir Arscott Ourry Molesworth releases Buckley and Fellowes, their heirs and estates from all claims etc. relative to the trusts in his father's will.
