TitleWill of William Fellowes of Upper Grosvenor Street in p. of St. George Hanover Square, Middlesex.
DescriptionWill made: 11th April 1797 Will: Among other things, to Lt. General Felix Buckley of Grosvenor Street, and Sir Stephen Cottrell of Grosvenor Place, both St. George Hanover Square, the sum of £500 a year, arising from his Stock of Long Annuities, in trust to pay the same to his wife during her life as an addition to her Jointure under the Marriage Settlement, and after her death, to sell and pay the same to all his younger children as an addition to their fortunes: and his house in Upper Grosvenor Street with all the furniture etc. there in trust to permit his wife to live there after her death, to sell the same and invest the money for his younger children. To his son, William Henry Fellowes, all his lands etc in Hunts. Norfolk and the residue of his personal estate. Appoints his wife and his son, William Henry, executrix and executor of the will. Also a sheet of Memoranda, dated 29th November 1790 relating to the provisions of William Henry Fellowes's Marriage Settlement. A sheet of notes, dated August 1790, recharges on the Ramsey, Abbots Ripton, Woodwalton and Haverland estates as a result of the Marriage Settlement and advice re which lands to sell if a sale should be necessary to meet the charges. All three documents are wrapped in a couple of pages of The Morning Herald for 18th May, 1791.
