| Description | Among other things, to his brother, Edward Fellowes of Gloucester Place, Portman Square, an Admiral in H.M.'s Navy, and to Richard Benyon de Beauvoir of Grosvenor Square, Middlesex, Edsq., his leasehold messuage in Lower Berkeley Street for the remainder of the term, upon trust to permit his wife, Emma Fellowes, to live there or take the rents, and on her death or remarriage, in trust for his eldest son, Edward Fellowes. To them also, the sums of £25,000 £3 per cent Consolidated Bank Annuities and £20,000 £3 per cent Reduced Bank Annuities upon trust for his wife, and on her death or remarriage, as to the £25,000 upon trust to assign it to his eldest son, Edward, and as to the £20,000 upon trust to assign it to all or some of his children, as his wife shall direct in her will. To his children, James, Richard and Emma Fellowes, in equal shares, the sums of £40,000 £3 per cent Consolidated bank Annuities and £20,000 £3 per cent Reduced Bank Annuities. To his wife and all his children, in equal shares, all his money in the Stocks or Funds of the State of Pennsylvania. To his wife, for her widowhood, a yearly rent charge of £400 from his manors etc. in Hunts. and Cambs. upon which an annuity of £600 was charged by their Marriage Settlement of 22nd July, 1805. To his brother, Edward, and to Richard Benyon de Beauvoir all his manors etc., in Hunts. and Cambs., which are charged with the annuity, for the term of £200 years, upon trust to secure the annual payment of £400 to his wife. To his son, Edward, all the rest of his real and personal estate. Appoints his wife and his son, Edward, executrix and executor of his will. |
