DescriptionFor 6,000 paid to each of Edward Fellowes, Esq. Capt. in the R.N., Urania Margaretta Fellowes & Frances Lavina Fellowes of Upper Grosvenor St. sps., younger children of the late Wm. Fellowes by Richard Benyon of Englefield House, Berks, Esq. for their portions. Thomas March Philips of Garrenden Park, Leics., Esq., Sir Stephen Cottrell of Grosvenor Place, Kt. & John Forster of Lincolns Inn, Esq., surviving exors. of the will of John March, to Benyon - residue of 500 years' term in lands as in R.40/1/3-4. John, 5th Earl of Sandwich and Richard, Earl of Effingham to Benyon - residue of 500 years' term in lands in Norfolk, as in R.40/1/5-6. Endorsed: Declaration of Trust 29 June 1804 Benyon declares that the £18,000 advanced was not his money, but that he will stand possessed of the security for this money in trust for Fellowes.
