John, 5th Earl of Sandwich and Richard, Earl of Effingham to Benyon - residue of 500 years' term in lands in Norfolk, as in R.40/1/5-6. Endorsed: Declaration of Trust 29 June 1804 Benyon declares that the £18,000 advanced was not his money, but that he will stand possessed of the security for this money in trust for Fellowes. |
