Description	John Sutton of Upwood, bricklayer, covenants with Fellowes as to Fellowes possession of the Turf Lot or Croft (4 ac.) in the Turf Fen, Upwood, and the rights of common belonging to the messuage or tenement with the newly erected cottages and the barn, outbuildings, yard, garden and other oppurtenances, bounded on the east by the Town Street, Upwood, formerly the property of Carlton and his wife, which Fellowes surrendered to the use of Sutton.
