DescriptionWilliam Morley of Peterbrough, certifies that the Mortgage of the 2nd-3rd May 1796, made between John Pears and others and William Whitsed, did not include Church Close, Upper Round Field, Nether Round Field, and a piece of pasture land containing 3ac. Or. 7p.,all of which are in Woodwalton and adjoining each other and are bounded by public by public roads, glebe lands belonging to the Rectory of Woodwalton and lands of W.H.Fellowes, and were late the estate of William Pears, by him sold to William Martin, who sold the same to Jonathan Martin, who has contracted to sell the same to Fellowes.
