John Pooley of Upwood, gent, sole executor of the will of his mother, the late Mary Pooley of Upwood, widow, and Edward Banes of Ramsey, gent, and Abraham Banes of the p. of St. Bride in the city of London, gent, executors of the will of their mother, the late Mary Banes of Ramsey, widow, who was the sole executrix of the will of her late husband, Edward Banes of Ramsey, deceased, to Edward Fellowes Esq., a Rear Admiral in the Royal Navy, trustee for W. H. Fellowes, The Lands in R8/8/7 and /14 and the residue of the terms of years in them.
