A double Mereside Lot in Ramsey, (16 acres). bounded on the north and east by land late of William Henry Fellowes Esq; and now of the above Edward Fellowes, on the west by land late of Henry Ibberson and now of Henry Overall Ibberson, and on the south by Meerside Drove, and two Mereside Lots (8 acres each) lying contiguous to each other, bounded on the north by land of the late W.H.Fellowes and now of E.Fellowes, on the East by land late of H.Ibberson and now of H.O.Ibberson, on the west by land late of the above Isaac Ibberson and lately sold to John Castledine, and on the south by the Mereside Drove.
