DescriptionReciting a Lease and Reease of 18th - 19th April, 1837, wherby under a direction in the Will of the late Isaac Ibberson to carry into effect a contract already agreed upon, Henry Ibberson, eldest son, of Isaac, Elizabeth Ibberson, widow of Isaac, conveyed to William Henry Fellowes, 7 Meeride Lots (56 acres) and a lot in Great Skeggins, Ramsey (3 acres). Now Cyrus Ibberson of Forty Feet Bridge in Ramsey, farmer, pursuant to an agreement made at the time of the above Esq, as to peaceful possession of the 7 Meerside Lots and the Great Skeggins Lot.
