To William Henry Fellowes of Ramsey Abbey, Esq, and Charles Spencer Bourchier, Hartingbury Rectory near Bishops Stretford, Essex, trustees all freehold in Great Stukeley and Leasehold in Great Stukeley held by Trinity Hall College, Cambridge in trust for son James. To son James Monies due on sisters death under father's will, with remainder to other children Barbara, Henry and Charles. To trustees, furniture, plate and china in Mansion House, in Great Stukeley, to this trust, shall live there. To trustees, Mansion House, Manor and all freehold and copyhold at Great and Little Stukeley, Abbots Ripton, Brampton or elsewhere to provide annuity of £200 for wife Elizabeth and for use of eldest son Laurence and his heirs intail male, with remainder to son James, son Henry, son Charles. £4000 out of £6000 received in marriage settlement to trustees in trust for younger children Henry, Charles and Barbara, the other £2000 to be added subject to wife's agreement.
