TitleMr Windover's Band.
DescriptionA group of twenty-one musicians and their Sergeant Major in a bearskin hat. "F Windover's Band" is written on the glass plate. A C.S. Windover is listed in the 1877 trade directory, as a coach and harness maker and carriage manufacturer. His factory stood in George Street, Huntingdon. There is a print of this image in the DC collection (DC 183), and the band members have been identified as Mr Moule, Mr Pack, Mr Dyke, Mr G. Joyce, Mr C Cox, Mr Figg, Mr Rowe, Mr Bird, Mr Moule, Mr Laxton, Mr Cox (drummer), Mr Lacey
