1 - Deposition: In the case of Anne Green, Eliza Nicholls, Charlotte Brimley, St. Neots, children (Return of Prisoners) charged with stealing handkerchiefs, ribbons, gloves, shoes from shopkeepers in St. Neots - John Hipwell Goodjames, James Shrosbery, John Stead, Ebenezer Geard, Frederick Jenkinson Wood. Elizabeth Brimley, wife of James Brimley, labourer, and mother of Charlotte Brimley was charged with receiving.

3 - Deposition: John Killingley, Orton Longville, farmer, John Killingly, Peterborough butcher, charged with assaulting Francis Cobbold at Orton Longville and John Gray Orton Longville gamekeeper, Benjamin Freeman, Orton Longville labourer, George Richer Peterborough, jobbing butcher charged with aiding in the assault. Cobbold, a woodman employed on the estate of Lord Strathavon at Orton described the quarrel and assault.
4 - Deposition: Samuel Sampson and George Eaton stealing old copper lead and brass (5/-) from William Harrett, All Saints, Huntingdon ironmonger. Harratt and his servant, William Thackeray deposed.
5 - Deposition: Betsey Thoday charged with stealing from her mistress, Sarah Allpress, Hilton, shopkeeper, four balls of cotton thread and two half ounces of tobacco. Thoday had been induced by John Fordham, Hilton, labourer to steal for him this tobacco and five other half ounces of previous occasions - evidence of John Corbitt, the constable.
6 - Deposition: Richard Wadeson Newark upon Trent, chimney sweeper, charged with 1. stealing 6 childrens pinafores from George Whyman, Woodstone (of Fletton) farmer. 2. stealing beef, pork, bread, butter, cheese from Richard Jones, Woodstone farmer. Evidence from Richard Craythorne, servant and William Butler, servant. Plan of the grounds included.
7 - Deposition: George Bluff charged with stealing 4 eggs from John Spencer, Keystone. Evidence from Thomas Lumbers, horsekeeper to Spencer.
8 - Deposition: James Sharpe charged with assault and attempted robbery of William Pierson, Great Staughton. Evidence by Thomas Page Snow, Keysoe, Beds and Samuel Stableton Keysoe Beds.
9 - Deposition: John Sexton and his sons Robert Sexton and Burrows Sexton. Holme charged with stealing a sheep (40/-) from Original Mackness, Sawtry St. Andrews, farmer and a lamb from Thomas Jenkins, landlord of the Woolpack Inn, Connington and farmer (renting from John Heathcote Esq.) Evidence from Sarah Clarke, Holme; Elizabeth Wilson Holme, William Smith shepherd to Jenkins; William Sams, farmer, Holme; John Edgson Sawtry All Saints, butcher.
10 - Deposition: Thomas Pearson, Gt. Staughton, charged with stealing a sack from Christopher Ekins, Gt. Staughton, farmer and another from William Horrell. Evidence of the constable, Joseph Day, to finding both sacks in Pearson's house.
11 - Deposition: John Grey charged with stealing four hams, a portmanteau and articles of clothing from Mrs Agnes Wilson, proprietor of the George Inn Stilton. Evidence from Philip Wilson, her son; William Chapman, baker, Oundle, Northamptonshire (who stated that he had bought the hams at 6d. and 5d. a lb.); William Isaacs, miller, Glatton; John Scroop Choonies, farmer, Carlton, Lincoln, who claimed great coats and suits from the portmanteau, as his property. With the depositions is a copy of a handbill which Philip Wilson had printed and circulated, offering £5 reward for information leading to the recovery of the property which is specified.
12 - Deposition: John Clarkson and William Sanders Orton Longville, labourers, charged with William White, Orton Longville with stealing and slaughtering an in-lambed ewe belonging to John Royce, Peterborough, builder. Evidence from William Price, Peterborough, builder, John Shickell, Peterborough, constable; and from the two children of William White, Mary (14) and William (12) who said that Clarkson and Saunders lodged at their father's house and used to go out at night, bringing home mutton which they put up the chimney etc.
13 - Deposition: Joseph Barnes charged with stealing potatoes from John Hatfield, Sawtry All Saints, farmer. Evidence from Joseph Peacock, his gardener and John Ashwood, constable.
14 - Deposition: George Colley, Joseph Barns and William Barnes charged with stealing tobacco, currants and raisins from the general stores kept by William Barton of Sawtry All Saints. Evidence by the constable Ashwood, Ralph Newton, farmer, Sawtry St. Andrew, William Laxton, labourer and a voluntary confession by William Barnes incriminating Colley.
15 - Deposition: George Colley charged with stealing a pair of boots from Original Mackness, Sawtry St. Andrews (of Sexton case above) Evidence from Thomas Howard, servant.
16 - Deposition: Thomas Smith charged with stealing meat (15/-) from William Cant, Gt. Staughton, butcher. Evidence from Samuel Moore, journeyman.
17 - Deposition: John Ford charged with assaulting Elizabeth Garrett, St. Neots, in Huntingdon. Evidence from John Murkett, labourer, St. Benedicts, Huntingdon; William Wormsley, Gt. Stukeley, labourer, Thomas Gifford; George Wady, St. John's Huntingdon, corn-dealer.
18 - Presentment. Edward Bates stealing a wrench from Francis Cooper Armstrong, St. John's, Huntingdon, coachmaker. Evidence from William White, St. Benedict, servant.
19 - Deposition: Joseph Nightingale, Yaxley, labourer, stealing a set net (an eel net) from Joseph Coles, Yaxley. Evidence from George Anker, Whittlesey, Cambs, labourer.
20 - Deposition: Henry Ramsey, Spalding, Lincs, labourer and James Turner, Clay Norfolk labourer charged with stealing and slaughtering a lamb belonging to Thomas Wilson, Houghton farmer who, being a Quaker, affirmed. Evidence from Ramsey's shepherd, William Finch. James Harrup; John Judd. (Ramsey only was committed for trial. Turner was committed under the Vagrant Act.)
21 - Deposition: Robert Cooper and Henry Munns charged with stealing a half crown and some halfpennies from the room of Robert Cox, Woodhurst, beer retailer Statements by Martha Cox, daughter, and the accused.
22 - Deposition: Anne Rollinson, widow charged with stealing from her masters the Rev. Benjamin Johnson and his son the Rev. Frederick Johnson, various articles including two blankets. Evidence by Joseph Joyce the constable.
