From Ladyday 1740 for 15 years at £201.19s. p.a.  1. to provide wood for fencing and  timber for repairs. 1. to pay Churchwardens or Constables Accounts.  2. to do repairs, hedging and  ditching.  2. to yearly cut 10 acres of mole or ant hills, till they're all embanked, except those in Great Spinny Field. 2. to pay 1. £10 extra p.a. for every acre ploughed.</dc:description>
