DescriptionHandbook of procedures to be followed in the event of major peacetime emergencies, conventional war, and nuclear attack. Revised version of June 1986. The handbook does not appear to be confidential and the distribtution list for copies includes many external bodies such as British Rail, St John Ambulance, Citizens' Advice Bureau, Cambridge Community Council and the Salvation Army. A copy was sent to F6 Division, which was the Emergency Planning Division of the Home Office.
