Recites: (1) Robert Boothby being bound to (1) for payment of annuities of £70, £10, £30, £20, and £30. (ii) Decease of Robert Boothby of 11 Oct. 1774. (iii) Payments being in arrears of £93.6.8d., £13.6.8d., £45., £26.13.4d., £37.10s. = £215.16.8d. (iv) Agreement of (2) with (1) to buy arrears for £215.16.8d. and (1) having agreed to assign bonds, judgements, annuities and arrears. Now (1) to (2) for £215.16.8d. The 5 bonds and judgements, annuities and arrears. And (1) appoints (2) his attorney to receive money from heirs of Robt. Boothby etc. Usual conditions. Added: Receipt from (1) to (2) for £215.16.8d. Endorsed: (i) Memo: 29 March, 1775 From (2) that his name used within was only in trust for Ralph Tressehigue and that the £215.16.8d. was R.T's money. (ii) £223.17.11d. in full for Prin. and interest to this day., viz. 7 July, 1775. |
