James Maulkin King and Edward William Lake both of Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, and Furneaux Pelham, Hertfordshire, brewers and co-partners. Recites will of Thomas Worboys, late of Litlington, common brewer (died 6 March 1889) to wife Ann, freehold to and copyhold as she shall be deed appoint and until then to her own use. Appoints wife, brother William Worboys, and his friend William Pain, executors. Made 4 February 1863. Proved principal probate registry 6 March 1889. Property as described in GK181/1B except 'land of Richard Phillips' in this deed is 'late of Richard Phillips' occupied now Jesse Walker. CONSIDERATION £375 paid by 2. to 1. 11 October 1889. Presented for inrolment 22 November 1889.
