Description1) Affidavit of James Smith of Much Hadham and state of facts concerning the home which he has run in partnership with Mary Munro since death of Mary Jacob, and where the lunatic dwelt for past 14 years. 2) Letter concerning cost of the lunatic's maintenance. 3) Further letter telling of Mr Smith's agreement to maintaint he lunatic at reduced sum of £540 p.a. (previously £650).
