(ii) Cambridgeshire County Council ("the Council")

(i) are the owners of the Burrough Green Endowed School and of the adjoining Teacher's House. (ii) is the Local Education Authority and the teachers at the school are employed by the Council.

(i) to grant a lease to (ii) for "the more efficient management of the said school"
