DescriptionLetter from J.E.Foster to Mr Keen (Sec to Education Committee of the Town Council) discussing amalgamation of the School of Art and the Technical Institute; letter from Board of Education, South Kensington, to Mr Keen, reporting on the Inspector’s visit in May. The work is generally favourable but students would derive advantage if students were part of the School of Art instead of being attached to the Technical Institute; and letter to Mr Keen from S.F.Dufton about teaching arrangements at the Technical Institute and the School of Art and expressing the opinion that the time is ripe for the two to be amalgamated.
