Piece of freehold land in parish of St Andrew the Less alias Barnwell, Cambridge, part of a field containing 5a 1r 26p (recently purchased by 1. from Rev Richard John Geldart, DD - a piece of ground forms lots 79-82) with rights of way and easements over Gwydir Street (20ft wide leading from Mill Road to a field or piece of land 5a recently purchased by 1. from Geldart 'and since in great part resold' in lots by 1. AND right of way over road staked out in field of 5a (30ft wide) and also over road 28ft wide as marked out in field containing 3a OR 30p AND right of roadway in common with Charles Benton, an owner of adjoining premises over road leading from Norfolk Street to field containing 3a or 30p [EXCEPT so much of sd road as abuts on roadway 28ft wide on northern side AND right of way over 2 roads 28ft in width in field of 5a 1r 26p AND right of roadway over roadway leading from Abbey Street there to last mentioned field [BUT no liability to repair roads].
