Thomas Solly Coleman of Gorshall, Ash, Kent, esquire; William Walter Myers of Chippenham, Wiltshire, esquire (2nd debenture holders). 5. Barclay Perkins and Co Ltd of The Brewery, Park Street, Southward (purchasers). Ref to deeds etc above. 4 March 1913 - change of name of company from W Worboys Ltd to Worboys and Jarman Ltd. 10 May 1915 Bright-Smith commenced action v Worboys and Jarman 'for the purpose of enforcing payment of the principal moneys'. Property as in GK177/6 + plan of Anchor, Melbourn. CONSIDERATION £5,000. £1,000 having been paid by 5. to mortgagees under 1897 mortgage and £1,000 to Adcocks. 9 September 1920. Abstract made 1938
