Messuage or public house (No 37), Trumpington Street, Cambridge, called 'The Little Rose' with as much of the stables, yard and outbuildings as lie on west side of gates, leading into other premises now occupied by Messrs Hopkins and Co except 2 open (loose) boxes (now forming part of a riding school) adj a coachhouse and now fenced off from the rest of the yard which are reserved to 1. SUBJECT to all existing rights of way through or over the yard and particularly to a right of footway for 1. their lessees and tenants, the occupiers of 36 Trumpington Street at all times at which licensed premises may be kept open for the sale of intoxicating liquors and for all purposes between the side door of No 36 Trumpington Street opening into the said premises on S side and Trumpington Street.
