Abuts E land late belonging to representatives of Kidman Watson, N Turnpike Road, W and S land of representatives of James Northfield, deceased. AND the 2 cottages standing on the same ground, occupied by John Coville and Mrs Cox. (William Ekins admitted on surrender of John Tinkell and others 14 June 1844). Admission of James Bell subject to conditional interest of Thomas Tuck. Note of receiving original for enrolment 18 May 1858. Marked on dorse in pencil 'No 3'.
