Plot of land lying on Great Green, Guilden Morden, Cambridgeshire (1r 20p). Abuts E land heretofore belonging to Mary Ann Mead and now or late to William Gray, S public road, W and N land late of Richard Phillips. Which with a small portion purchased by Richard Phillips and used as a road it was awarded by James Worboys (father of Thomas) now dead, under the inclosure of the parish of Guilden Morden (no 81 on map) with messuage or tenement sometime since erected by James Worboys and used as two dwellings late in occupation of Joseph Merrill and Simon Loton and subsequently of William Izard and Simon Loton, afterwards of William Rule and William Smith, since of Richard Phillips occupied by him as a dwelling used for the retial of beer and now of Ann Ashton, widow. (James Russell admitted on 19 November 1867 on surrender of Thomas and William Worboys). CONSIDERATION £235 by Worboys to Russell.
