Abuts N lands of Philip Butler, S land of Richard Chapman, E croft or close formerly belonging to 1. but now to Alexander Malcolm Wale, esquire, W village street. (Messuage was formerly the estate of George Ortes, afterwards of Samuel Bentley, then of Henry Carter and since of John Carter who sold it to Thomas Rider, deceased.) CONSIDERATION £72 12s 0d paid by 2. to 1. 28 and 29 September 1818.
