Messuage or tenement in Weston Colville, Cambridgeshire, formerly in tenure or occupation of Martin Wollard and then of James Missen above AND inclosed piece of arable and pasture ground (3a) awarded to the above messuage in lieu of common right at the inclosure of Weston Colville. Messuage or tenement at Weston Colville, Cambridgeshire, formerly in occupation of Martin Woollard and subsequently for many years in occupation of James Missen and used as public house called 'The Fox and the Hounds' plus 3a above (all now in occupation of 2.) 11 October 1870. 3) Mortgage in £350 and 5% 1. Thomas Butler (mortgagor). 2. Mary Pask of Newmarket All Saints, Cambridgeshire, widow; Robert King of Stansfield, Suffolk, farmer. Henry Sturgeon of Rushbrook (sic, should be Rushbrooke), farmer (mortgagees). Property as above. 12 October 1870. 4) Conveyance 1. Mary Pask; Robert King; and Henry Sturgeon (mortgagees). 2. Thomas Butler (mortgagor and vendor). 3) Charles Scruby of Pampisford, brewer (purchaser). All above property (occupied by 2). AND barn, stables, outhouses, yards and ways. CONSIDERATION £550. £350 paid by 3 to 1. and £240 paid by 3 to 2. 12 October 1870.
