Descriptiona) Offer from William Berry of Parklands, Bowden, Cheshire for loan of £25,000 at 4% fixed for 10 years and afterwards repayable on 12 months notice, accepted. b) Agreed to issue to Foster and Co, of Cambridge, Bankers, debentures for loan of £25,000 at 5%, repayable at end of 20 years. No power of the company to fix debenture of equal standing with these. c) Notices for repayment sof present loans to the Company be given. (Philip Llewelyn Hudson and Lawrence Charles Purkis to seal all documents connected with this.)
