TitleLetters patent exemplifying decree in dispute concerning commons.
DescriptionRefers to Act of 9 James (1611) of which this is a confirmation. The tenants had thought they could enter the commons and cut grass, by virtue of the grant to them by Hugh de Norwould, Bishop of Ely (1229 - 1254). The commons were divided between Edward Partheriche, Lord of the Manor, and the tenants. (Four membranes, silken cords with part of the Great Seal still attached). 6 July, 27 Charles II (1675).
