DescriptionLetters from George Pryme at 16 Charing Cross and the Reform Club, London, and from Sir Alexander Grant, Members of Parliament for the Borough of Cambridge, to Edward Cory, churchwarden, concerning clauses to be inserted in the Poor Law Amendment Bill to protect the parish from charges arising from patients in or coming out of Addenbrooke's Hospital, who have no legal settlement in the parish.
Includes three Penny Black stamps, 1st and 15th June 1840, and 19th February 1841.
