Many leaves have been cut out in various parts of the book, though entries appear to be complete. The last three burials were entered on first folio: otherwise all entries were in order as the folios were arranged. It seems that rearrangement has taken place. Folio 5 should be at the end since 'Finis' is written after the last entry.
(The book was originally sewn on five raised bands, but has been liberally & very roughly oversewn in a later rebinding when the earliest register was inserted in the same covers. The two books have now been separated and rebound separately, the latter being rearranged in the probable original order).
