TitleWilliam Hobbs, turfman of Holy Trinity Ely against William Mair, laborer of the said parish whom he suspects broke a window and entered his house taking a quantity of pence and half pence from the property. On examination his son James Hobbs witnessed William Mair running from his father's property . On examination his daughter, Rebecca[Rebeckah] Hobbs had deposited about five shillings worth of pence and half pence from turf her father had sold. William Hobbs, on indictment of felony and James and Rebecca Hobbs to appear before the next assizes
