| Description | Reciting that Grove(s) and Sarah Henson of Drapers Delph, widow, are the children of the late John Groves of Ramsey, labourer: that they are equally entitled to a cottage and 3ac. of land in Drapers Delph and that they wish to make a just partition of the property and have agreed upon such. Now Groves and Mrs Henson to Edward Ferrar the elder of Huntingdon, gent, trustee. The 2 acres of land divided from the cottage by a large ditch, and the right of passage along the ditch for boats, to the use of Groves. The cottage, outbuilings, 1 acre of land on which they are built, and the ditch, to the use of Mrs Henson. |
