DescriptionJoseph Kay, Gower St. London, to George Thornhill Esq. Nothing further heard from either Oldfield or Carpenter re right of way in lease to Oldfield's father - Jos. Kay doubts as to whether it can interfere with Mr. Fells present tenure. Doubts possibility of making any terms with Mr. Fell, but does not think he should have all the advantages and should give up part of his front garden to improve line of road. Enquiry from Mr. de Gruchy about treating for ground adjoining Curtis including frontage on Canal obtained from McWilliam. Final disposition of ditch dividing the two portions, therefore, an important preliminary to be directed by Court of Sewers. Now an opportunity to make an adjustment with the Board. Commissioners intention to carry a new line of sewage.
