Whole parish of Boxwroth except southern tip [probably on part of map now missing] south of modern Bird's Pastures Farm, but including 6 acres in north-west of Childerley [marked 'Childerly Grownd']. Names of fields but not furlongs. Arable distinguished. Plots numbered with reference to a field book. Rectory land distinguished. Areas not generally stated. Boxworth and Knapwell churches and a windmill on the boundary with Lolworth shown in elevation. Much of parish in open fields. Conventionalised drawings of trees and deer in margins. Decorated cartouche with long explanation of colours and symbols used
