DescriptionRecites: 2, with sanction of 1., have laid down under certain meadow lands of 1. near Huntingdon (further described) a water pipe or main with supply wells, and have erected a filtering shed, for the purpose of obtaining a better supply of water for the town of Huntingdon. Now 1. demises to 2. Liberty and Licence for 2. to maintain use and hold the water pipe etc., reserving to 1. the full, free and exclusive use and enjoyment of the surface of the lands for 21 years at £10 p.a.
