Concerning the application of the Ratepayers of the parish for half an acre of the land adjoining the churchyard, the property of Lord Sandwich, which they consider a suitable site for the extension of the churchyard. Lord Sandwich cannot refuse to sell it, because the Rural Sanitary Authority has the power to compel a sale.
