DescriptionRecites:1) Marriage settlement of 8th-9th July 1804, (see Hinch/1/15). 2) The death of the 5th Earl of Sandwich, in June, 1814. 3) The death of the 6th Earl of Sandwich, in May 1818: he was survived by his wife, Mary Anne Julia Louisa Harriet Lowry, Countess of Sandwich, and their 3 children, the 7th Earl, the Hon Lady Harriet Mary, now the wife of William Bingham Baring Esq., and the Hon. Lady Katherine Caroline, now the wife of Alexander Joseph Florian Count Walewski. 4) The 2 daughters have received their portions under the 1804 Marriage Settlement. 5) 1 Is now entitled to the lands to be released for an estate in tail male in possesion, subject only to the jointure rent charge of £1,500 per year limited to his mother under the marriage settlement. 6) 1 Attained his full age of 21 on 8th November, 1832, he is unmarried and wishes to disentail the estate. Now 1 releases to 2 Land as in Marriage Settlement of 8th-9th July, 1804. (Hinch 1/15)
