Recites: Lease and Release of 23rd-24th November, 1832 (Hinch 2/71) and the ensuing Common Recoveries (Hinch/2/72-73) Now for £10,000 by 2 to 1 1 Releases to 2 Land as in the Lease and Release of 23rd-24th November, 1832 plus 6 messuages with appurtenances, a messuage with the close of land formerly pasture but now garden ground and 2 closes containing 5 acres, all of which are contiguous and adjoining together and are in the p. of St. Mary, Huntingdon (more fully described), purchased from Charles Slow in 1826, (but subject to the jointure rent charge limited to 1's mother and a mortgage of £10,000 to the late Charles Boone).
