DescriptionRecites: 1) Release and Assignment of 16th June, 1802. Hinch 2/64-65) 2) Lease and Release of 29th-30th April, 1839 and its recitals (H 2/82). 3) The death and will of Abraham Winterbottom. 4) Letters of Administration, with the will of Winterbottom annexed, of the goods and chattels of Winterbottom which are limited to the term of 500 years, have been granted to 1 by the Prerogative Court of Canterbury. Now 1 assigns to 5 in trust residue of the term of 500 years. 2 assigns to 6 in trust residue of the term of 1000 years. In the same lands as in the Release of even date (H 2/82) Endorsed: Assignment of a Term 17th July, 1839 1. Same as 1 above. 2. Same as 3 above. 3. Same as 4 above. 4. Charles William Tabor of Lothbury in the City of London, Esq., Thomas Tilson the younger of Coleman Street in the City of London, Esq., and Charles Shadbolt the younger of Tottenham, Co. Middlesex, Esq. 5. Henry Bicknell of Grocers Hall in the City of London, gent. 6. Same as 5 above. Recites: 1) 1 did not execute his part of the above Assignment, because the Letters of Administration had not been granted to him by the date of the above. 2) Lease and Release and Assignment of 1st-2nd May, 1839 (H 2/85-86) 3) 6 could not execute his part in recital 2. because 1 had not executed the earlier assignment. 4) Letters of Administration, with the will of Abraham Winterbottom annexed, were granted to 1 on 15th July, 1839. Now 1 assigns to 4 in trust residue of the term of 500 years in the land conveyed to 4 by the Lease and Release of 1st-2nd May, 1839 (Hinch 2/85) And 1 assigns to 6 in trust residue of the term of 500 years in the land conveyed to 3 by the Lease and Release of 29th-30th April, 1839, which was not then conveyed to 4 by the Lease and Release of 1st-2nd May, 1839.
