Description | Recites: 1) Assignment of 30th April, 1839 (Hinch 2/83) 2) 2 Assignments of 28th November, 1812. (Hinch 2/45 and endorsement on Hinch 2/36) 3) The death and will of John Thomson; 3 are the extecutors of the will, 4) Release and Assignment of 15th December, 1808. (Hinch 2/70). 5) The death and will of John Thomlinson; Mary Chick Parker is the executrix of the will. 6) The marriage of 5. 7) Lease and Release of 1st-2nd May, 1839. (Hinch 2/85) Now 1, 3, 5 assign to 10 in trust residue of the term of 500 years. 2, 4, 6 assign to 11 in trust residue of the term of 1,000 years. In the same lands as in the Release of even date (Hinch 2/85) in so far as each was entitled to the terms in various parts of the land. |
