DescriptionRecites: 1) 2 Bonds of 1784 and 1790 (Hinch 2/173-174) 2) The death of Stephen Arundel. He was survived by his wife Mary, and by his only child, Mary, wife of 1. 3) Death and will of Mary, widow of Stephen Arundel. 1., then John Brazier, Esq., was her executor and proved the will. 1 became entitled to the recited bonds and the monies secured thereby. 4) Bond of 1809 (Hinch 2/175) 5) Proceedings of the Court of Chancery in a cause between the 7th Earl, by his next friend, and his Guardians. Master Alexander was ordered to take an account of the rents etc. of all the Earl's real estates and of what was due in respect of the incumbrances affecting the same; and to appoint a Receiver of the real estates. 6) Report of Master Alexander. 23rd May, 1822. Certified that a Bond debt of £1,700 was due to Sir J. Arundel from the late 5th Earl, who, by his will, charged his estates in Ireland and Eynesbury with the payment of his debts and legacies. 7) There was then standing in the name of the Accountant General of the Court of Chancery in trust in the cause £9,382.15.8d. Bank £3 per cent annuities, which had arisen from the savings of the Earl's real estates. The 7th Earl was advised that it would be to his benefit to pay off the £1,700 from this fund. Now for £1,700 to 1 1, With the approbation of 2., assigns to 3., the Receiver of the rents etc. of the 7th Earl's real estates. The sum of £1,700; to hold in trust for the 7th Earl as a part of his personal estate.
