DescriptionConcerning the exchange of a small piece of ground in St. Neots, (part of which is copyhold) between the Trustees of the Wesleyan Society and Mr. Langley Carpenter. Both parties wish Lord Sandwich to consent to enfranchise the copyhold. Endorsed: Copy of the Plan of ground and buildings at St. Neots proposed to be exchanged between the Trustees of the Wesleyan Society and Mr. Langley Carpenter, 20th November, 1865. Scale: One inch to 20 feet Shows the copyhold part.
