DescriptionFirst of three volumes of the accounts of William Augustus Montagu Esq., who was appointed Receiver by the Report of one of the Masters of the Court of Chancery, dated 7th December, 1824, in place of the late Owsley Rowley Esq. Montagu was to receive such of the real estates late of George 6th Earl of Sandwich deceased, father of the plaintiff, and the testator named in the pleadings in the cause of John William, 7th Earl of Sandwich, a minor, v Charles, Marquis Cornwallis and others, as were situate in Ireland and in the county of Huntingdon (but not including the Fee Farm Rents issuing out of the manors and lands in the county of Huntingdon and in the counties adjacent).
