DescriptionSince the progress in raising Volunteers has been so great, it is proposed to call out the men for training and exercise as soon after the first week in October as possible. Desires the exect mode and time to be decided by each county and communicated to the Home Office as soon as possible. Clothing arms etc., will be provide by the Board or Ordnance and forwarded to the Head-Quarters of the Regiment, upon the application of the Commanding Officer, through the Secretary-at-War.
