Description	Sending some copies of a Memorandum prepared by the Adjutant-General of H.M.'s Forces. It contains useful suggestions for Militia officers and a copy of it should be forwarded to the Commanding Officer of each Regiment in the county. Enclosed: Memorandum on the Drill and Instruction of the Militia Recruits by G. Brown, A.G., Horse Guards. 15th October, 1852
