Description	Giving notice that the Secretary-at-War has experienced difficulty in dealing with claims made be Clerks of General Meetings and by Clerks of Subdivision Meetings, for convening and attending Meetings which were not required by Law. Sets out the procedure for enrolling Volunteers and the few duties remaining to the Clerks.
