Description	The Earl's view of Mr. Fletcher's application is the correct one. Will tell Fletcher that the Regiment is full. Hopes that it will indeed be full. Lord Robert will be a good example to those who ought to come forward in that service. Thinks that the Earl's plan for the 2nd Company is well thought of and also both feasible and humane for Browne, who will thus be able to continue to receive his 2/6d and also in accord with the Act.
