Title	Letter; T. Wright Vaughan, Knightsbridge, to 7th Earl of Sandwich.
Description	Has no hesitation in saying that having proceeded so far as the Queen's consent, which was the difficulty feared, it cannot be better then to go on as proposed, to the Gazetting both the captains of companies Advises that Lord Robert be the senior of the 2 since an effective officer must be present when the commanding officer is absent. Had feared that the earlier refusal would be raised as an objection to the present attempt to form 2 companies, each with a captain.
